Refund policy

 We fully allow returns and refunds; customers should always be free to spend as they wish. Keep in mind that in some cases, the supply chain may alter the quality of products, preventing them from reaching their original condition.

Product returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Once you have decided to return a defective product, please email us at atlas.artisan@gmail.com, explaining the reason and, ideally, including photos of the defects. Our staff will approve your request within 48 hours.

Return shipping is not covered by us, unfortunately, due to geographical limitations.

Once we receive the product, we can process a refund through our website, which handles refunds to the original payment method. If you prefer a direct bank transfer, please indicate this to our staff using the contact information provided above.

We do everything we can to never put ourselves and the client in this intimidating situation, but if it happens, we are there for you.
