When will my order be shipped?
Our team requires 12 to 24 business days to pack and ship your complete order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT+1 on Fridays or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note that international delivery times vary depending on location, but approximately 10 days to European countries, including Eastern European countries outside the EU, and 10 days to Asian countries as well, and 7-10 days to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Where do the product materials come from?
We source our materials ethically and environmentally. Most items are sourced from Marrakech tanneries, artisans, and small cooperatives to support local craftspeople. Palm, raffia, and straw are sourced from farmers on the outskirts of Marrakech. Walnut and lemon wood are sourced from the Atlas Mountains, following sustainable guidelines that comply with local regulations.
How accurate are the colors displayed in your photos?
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are very accurate. However, please note that there are slight variations in batches of some products due to which colors may vary slightly.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care with our packaging and delivery, and it is rare for items to be damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know by sending us a message through our contact page.
