Shipping Policy
The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) that you indicated during the ordering process.
Shipping time
The processing time for order preparation and invoicing is 10 hours, before shipment of in-stock products. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.
An email will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER at the time of shipment of the PRODUCTS with a tracking code ( tracking number ), provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
Delivery Times & Costs
European countries:
During the ordering process, the delivery time for France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Finland, Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, is between 10-12 days with our partner Aramex or DPD.
Tax is included; our customers do not pay any customs tax when purchasing items from us.
United States, Canada:
Delivery time is between 7-10 days with FedEx International.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. These costs will be charged to the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

Delivery details
The package will be handed over to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of an identity document.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CLIENT, in order to allow him to collect his package from his Aramex office .
Delivery problems
The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date set when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.
It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of twelve (12) days. If delivery is not made within this timeframe, the CLIENT must formally request delivery from Atlas Artisan within a reasonable period, and if delivery is still not made within this period, the CLIENT may request a refund.
Atlas artisan will reimburse the CLIENT, without undue delay from receipt of the CLIENT's Email, the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS and delivery charges included, using the same payment method used by the CLIENT to purchase the PRODUCTS.
Atlas Artisan is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. The CLIENT is reminded that they have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed upon delivery.
