We would totally allow returning and refunding of products, customers should always be free for what they want to spend for. bearing in mind that in some cases the supply chain can alter the quality of products out of original forms.
The returning of product must be within 30 days after you receive the product.
Once decided about returning a defected products, please send us an email to email@example.com, explaining the reason why and hopefully with pictures of defects, in less than 48 hours our staff will approve your request.
Shipping of return is not supported by us, unfortunately for geographical reasons.
Once we get the product, we can issue a refund via our site that manages refund to the original payment method, or if you wish a direct bank transfer refund please then mention it to our staff in credentials above.
