Shipping policy
The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) you provided during the order process.
Shipping Time
The time required to prepare an order and generate the invoice is 10 hours before shipment of in-stock PRODUCTS. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.
An email will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER upon shipment of the PRODUCTS with a tracking number, provided the email address on the registration form is correct.
Delivery Times & Costs
European Countries:
During the order process, the delivery time for France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Finland, Czechia, Slovenia, and Slovakia is between 10 and 12 days with our partner Aramex or DPD.
Tax is included; our customers do not pay any customs duties when purchasing items from us.
United States, Canada:
Delivery time is between 7 and 10 days with FedEx International.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. These costs will be charged to the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

DELIVERY METHODS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of identification.
If the CUSTOMER is absent, a delivery notice will be left, allowing them to pick up their package at their local Aramex office.
DELIVERY ISSUES
The CUSTOMER is informed of the scheduled delivery date when they select the carrier at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.
Deliveries will be made within a maximum of twelve (12) days. If delivery is not made within this timeframe, the CLIENT must formally request Atlas Artisan to deliver within a reasonable period. If delivery is still not made within this period, the CLIENT may request a refund.
Atlas Artisan will refund the CLIENT, without undue delay from the date of receipt of the CLIENT's email, the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS and delivery charges included, using the same payment method used by the CLIENT to purchase the PRODUCTS.
Atlas Artisan is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. The CLIENT is reminded that they have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed upon delivery.
